Mother’s Day brunch is 5/9 11 a.m.-1 p.m. I’m sure Tom’s meal will be fantastic. Please make reservations.
The social girls will have their annual Spring cart wash 5/15 10 a.m.-2 p.m. cost is $7. There will be a sign-up sheet posted at the pro shop.
Here’s my early season rant session. Please return Walton coolers to the bar after each use. All beer consumed on the golf course is to be purchased in the clubhouse. Please pay your tabs each day and after all tourneys. Please display your current bag tag on your clubs. Effective 5/1 all golf dues must be paid to play. Members are responsible for their guests-this means making sure green fees are paid and they obey our course rules. Let’s try and speed play-we don’t mind big groups, but watch for smaller groups behind you and let them thru. It’s going to be busy sometimes on the course-do not skip around to find open holes.
Thanks

Ed Hipp ran an informal golf clinic in April that was very well received and we’ve decide to run with it. Ed’s teaching credentials are outstanding and his love for the game is obvious. We are calling these the “Continuing Ed Clinics”. The next one will be held 5/22 10 a.m.- 12 noon and will focus on the short game. The cost is $3 which Ed is donating to club improvement. All ages and skill levels are welcome to attend.
