From casual to formal, we can accommodate your event needs. The event hall is yours to set up and decorate to your own specifications, whether you're entertaining 20 guests or 200. You'll find our warm and inviting atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and friendly staff perfect for your reception.
We are currently in process of making cosmetic updates to the event hall. This will not interfere with your scheduled event.
How much does it cost? The room rental rate is based on the number of guests attending your event. A discounted rate is provided to club members. The use of our tables, chairs, and linens is included in the rental charge. The rental is for our event hall only – the dining room will remain open to Walton members and their guests.
Can we place a deposit for the rental? Once it is determined that your requested date is available, you will be asked to put down half of the rental rate as a deposit to reserve the date.
Are we allowed to bring food? There will be a $200 outside catering fee if you choose to have your event catered by another business or bring your own food, with the exception of desserts.
Can we use your kitchen? Our kitchen is not available for personal use, however, you may rent items (i.e., warmers, plates, silverware) from us for a fee.
Can we bring in our own alcohol? No. Please order all alcoholic beverages through our bar. If you have a specific drink request for your event, please let us know.
What are your catering options? If you are interested in having appetizers or a meal provided by us for your event, please send an inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the Contact Us form to receive our catering menu. To maintain our service standards, groups over 15 people will be asked to order from our catering menu.
Are we allowed to decorate the space? Yes! You are welcome to add decorations to the room for your event. We ask that you please be as respectful as possible to our space, or fees may be accrued for damages. The use of confetti and glitter is not allowed.
